Auto Imports provides independent Tesla service in Edmonton for the Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X. Our five Red Seal journeymen service the mechanical components of Tesla vehicles, including brakes, tires, wheel alignment, suspension, cabin air filters, 12V batteries and pre-purchase mechanical inspections.

Tesla vehicles have different maintenance and repair requirements than conventional gasoline vehicles. Regenerative braking can reduce use of the conventional brakes, Edmonton road conditions can accelerate suspension and alignment concerns, and our extreme winter temperatures place additional demands on tires and low-voltage electrical systems.

We are clear about the work we perform. Auto Imports does not service Tesla software, Autopilot systems, high-voltage battery packs, electric drive motors or inverters. Those systems require appropriate Tesla-specific high-voltage service. We focus on the mechanical maintenance, inspection and repair work that falls within our expertise.

Our team can diagnose and service concerns involving Tesla brakes, suspension noise, wheel alignment, abnormal tire wear, 12V battery problems and other mechanical issues.
